There has been a need to establish "one stop shop" for Finnish educational products for long time. It did not work out when institutional players tried to govern it. Now it is time for a fresh startup approach with Polarpartners . The first meeting with relevant players was held to pilot first offers to India, a truly competitive and price conscious market. Polkuni has the eye on the pilot progress.
